    Schedule F - I messed up!

I just realized that I forgot to list what the debt is under the column - Date Claim was incurred and consideration for Claim, if Claim is subject to setoff, so state.

Question is... my creditors meeting is next Tuesday at 11am.
Am I able to prepare the corrected Schedule F and file it the day of the creditors meeting? I was thinking that I might file it as soon as court opens and then give the corrected copies to the trustee at the meeting.
Do you think that I can do that??

You need to file it and take a copy with you to the 341 meeting and make sure that the Trustee received his copy from the court.......

Or you could ask the clerk of courts to fax your trustee a copy after they file it......

I'd file the amended forms beforehand and carry to the meeting. If possible file them today or Monday so the Trustee will have at least a moment to look over the amended form.

Is there a form that I need to complete and submit with the amended schedule?
I looked on my bk court's website and can't find anything.
Does anyone know the name/number of the form?
Or will the clerk give it to me to complete when I go to file the amended schedule?

You get a copy of the original write ammended at the top and add the forgotten info thats all you may also have to ammend summary of schedules to reflect the forgotten debt in the balance
Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

You need to check your Local Rules to see what's required.

Some Courts only want the amended Schedules. Some Courts want the whole petition resubmitted with Amended written across the top of the Schedules that were fixed.

So check the Local Rules, or call the Clerk of the Court and see what you need to do.
