I have filed Chapter 7..keeping my house and car..my 341 meeting is scheduled for september 4th. My question is that I have a new friend/boyfriend in my life that makes a substantial income. In order to help me get back on my feet even more he has graciously offered to help me out with some of my monthly payments like my house payment and car payment. I have politely declined his offers until now (we met after I had already filed or else I may have taken him up on the help!!) but was wondering if there would be any reason that I could not accept this type of help. After you have filed would it ever be checked WHO was actually paying all of your bills? and if so is this a problem?

I would suggest,........... To avoid any potential problems money flowing into and out of your accts may cause,.......... Have your new beau pay the bills direct himself.
I'm probably thinking way to paranoid. It's just a CYA suggestion until your life is no longer under a microscope.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
