How to File for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy ebook?

Hi all if anybody can help me out on this i would be very very very very Greatfull.i try for a week and half to get this book but no libary around me has one.i even try to ask a friend if they can buy me one but it rent time and i understand that.i really can't pay for a lawyer right now so i have a friend helping me file the paper work.i have 6 kids to take care of i have no credit card because one of the creditor garnishment my checking account just this month i only had 20 dollars in it but they really got me now they made my account into -6,000.00. since 07-07-2007 the day i join this forum i been reading day and night on all the info to file.i really think i know im doing everything right. but i hear that book helps out alot just want to make sure i have everything right before i file in the middle of aug. so if anybody can and has this ebook How to File for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy can you please email it to me or send it IM.

So sorry to hear of your situation.

On the bank thing I wouldn't put more money into the account. If you have autodrafts cancel them. Instead take your paycheck to the issuing bank and cash it. Go to a cash policy on paying bills and such. You might try opening another account but they could garnish it too if they discover it.

I wish I could help you get the book. You might could get one of those temporary visa cards like at wal mart using your cash and then pay for the ebook. That might work I think.

Most likely it had money in it at the time and checks written on the account. They came in took the money then all the checks hit and bounced. So they charged for each bounced check and the amounts of the checks. Bank garnishments do screw folks up bad :(.

about the bank account i really was scared about this my wife works real hard we just use it to pay rent. she don't get paid much.but it gets us by.i really was so stress about this i didn't want my wife really to get her money taken for my mistake i did.so yesterday it was a court date for this so i guest God is really on my side this time they only took just 50.00 dollars what was only in there so i was up at 3in the morning on computer reading about this chapter 7 filing.so i said let me check to see my bank acct. online to see how much they made it more in neg.
i was so happy all i see in a neg 22 in both account so this morning i went right away to bank to see if there any court order.the person said no so they waived the 22 dollars on both accounts. so account had 0.00 dollars so i told the person the trufe i going bankruptcy person said ok then close both the accounts.because before i was not able to close them because court order.
