    Somebody please answer my thread!!!!

Ok, I'm here hoping to get some insight on how to purchase a new car after bk. I'm giving up my hyundai since it's upsidedown by way more than it's worth and the interest rate was around 13.79% before my bankruptcy. Any ideas on who might touch me after my Chapter 7 discharges. Here are my credit scores:

    TU - 568
    Experian - 545
    Equifax - 577

I just started working again any info would be helpful. I'm reading others threads but would just like to know if Capital One blank check will even touch me?

I was financed through Citifinancial before and don't want to deal with them ever again if possible since there customer service is VERY BAD!!!! Helpful information if you can!!

Sara, you already posted this very same question in the Ch 7 area. It's not a good idea to post the same question more than once in different areas of the forum, so I'm closing this thread. If members have an answer for you, they will answer it no matter where you post it.

Members, please answer Sara's same question in the Ch 7 at http://www.bkforum.com/showthread.php?t=16034 to keep all answers for Sara in one location - thanks!
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
