I can file for Chapter 13 and he said based on everything including adding in my car payment that is currently $646.00 a month, my IRS tax debt of $3500, and my unsecured of $55,000 and my payment should be around $800.mo!! woo hooo!!
I'm paying $2500/mo right now! i'm so happy!!! He also said I didn't have to wait to file. He said, if I ran up all my credit cards today and filed tomorrow, it wouldnt matter ( not that I'm doing that but this is the reason I was going to wait 3 months to put a cushion there. He said he is friends with the Trustee and this particular Trustee doesn't ever check that stuff. He said he won't even make you give them tax returns every year. They just want them done..!!!
