Collectors calling after BK Filed
I received 2 calls from a collector which I have listed on my CH7 BK. We are due for our 341 meeting on friday 05/13, but I thought they were not allowed to contact me during this period. Am I wrong or are they?

You are absolutely right. If they call again, tell them they are in violation of the law, and that you are recording this, and handing it over to your attorney (whether you are or not.) If they were notified they ARE NOT allowed to deal with you personally in ANY way. ATTORNEY only!!! Basically (I hate to use that term), they are violating the Automatic Stay that goes into effect when you filed.
