Yippie, guys thank you very much for all the help I just filed today and have my meeting set for september 13th hope all goes well. Will my trustee call me or do I have to call them to make sure they don't need any extra items ?

you call them ask if they need you to send them anything before the 341 you will probally be asked to send tax return for 06 and 05 but it can be faxed usuallySometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out. -
i discovered 6 days before my 341 that i needed to send the trustee my paystubs from 6 months prior to filing, past 4 years income tax returns w/ w-2s and bank statements from 90 days before filing.... these were needed 7 days before meeting, but the trustee's secretary is wasn't a problem if i faxed them up until the day before the 341.
he gave them all back to me at the meeting! lolNoneComment
