PACER bills quarterly. First of April, July, Oct, and Jan.

And you'll only get billed if you've accrued $10 or more in charges. Otherwise, you won't get a bill.
    Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
    Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
    Closed - 04/2007

I did the debit card thing with Pacer to. I went all of July with no charges, then received an email with a statement for August charges that were to be automatically deducted from my debit card.

Did you give them an email address for billing statements? If so you should get a statement emailed to you.

Also I "think", but not sure that if you are under $10.00 then you are not charged. Maybe where the free thing comes into play?

I'm not up on everything with Pacer so maybe somebody here with more knowledge can chime in.

        Thanks SF

You were way ahead of me on this one. I didn't know about the quarterly thing. Maybe explains why my bill was so high.
