We owe property taxes from last year. A payment was due May 31st and july 31st. Should we pay these before the 341? We are letting our house go.

Irf you are letting the house go no because it will be discharged. I owed taxes on a home I sold last year and it was discharged. It is not the same story for income taxes though. The taxes are not even considered secured because you will not even have the house no more.Sometimes life make you deal with ugly and hateful people ,just think of them as sand paper. They may scratch you and rub you the wrong way but eventually you end up smooth and polished and the sand paper becomes old and worn out.

No, don't pay the property taxes.
