I'm trying to valuate the stock price for my company (S Corp)

If I list my accounts receiveables as $4900 and my Inventory asset as $4000 which is a grand total of $8900…can I list the stock value as $4425?

P.S. I am the only shareholder in the company (S Corp)

Do you owe any debts to finance this inventory? Or have any business loans? As a CPA, I can't seem to balance my checkbook or live without credit cards, but I do remember something about Assets=Liabilities + Equity. Without getting very technical, which I can't anyway, stock usually somewhat approximates the value of the business. It appears that your book value is $8,900, so I would think your stock would be at least worth that. They're may well be something I am missing here.
