    Time is going so slow! My nerves are all a wreck. I will update everyone with what happens!

        It's done!!!! I spent 30 minutes waiting for a 2 minute meeting. He said there are no assets this meeting is adjurned. Now how long will it take to show that on pacer? and will it change last date filed?

        No one Showed!!!

          congrats!

          yes... when the trustee files the no asset case and to be relieved of duty, pacer will show a new date on your case for "date of last filed". you can then go to "history" and see the trustee's note.
          hopefully, it'll show up in a few days or a week.

            Congrats and welcome to the 60 day club, IAWIA! Courts and trustees differ in how often they update court records, but typically you'll see something posted on your case somewhere between a few days to two weeks after the 341. Hope the time flies by for you!
