Cu Help!!!

I am trying to build credit and am looking for an easy good C.U.

I need a auto loan and possibly a secured line of credit for $1k
I would love to find a CU that checks TU only.

Patelco was included in BK
DCU was also

I have America's C.U but I had to beg to become the lowlest member. They gave me a Secured Credit card. They want me to go thru another credit check for a increase on my secured credit card.

I have an account with HOPE Community CU but I have no loan products with them. I don't know if they would be a good source for a loan.

I am looking for a 20k or less auto loan. I have 2 paid car loans, and 1 Incl in BK, and one charge-off from ex hubbies default.

If someone can give me a few good ones that might work.

I was reading there site and saw that they check Chexsystems, I am in chexsystems and don't need the checking or savings account I am just interested in there loan product. So I applied for the loan without joining as a member. When I spoke with the rep she said all loan products were ran thru chexsystems and I can't believe that because most banks I know will allow you to open a money market account or brokerage accounts without using chexsystems.
