Quick question. Waiting to hear back from my attorney so figured I'd ask here since you've been helpful in the past. I plan on filing as soon as possible but the main hangup may be my cc spending recency. My attorney said that the 3 month rule was key and I thought I'd be OK because I THOUGHT my last charge was 2/28. However I actually have had 2 monthly charges since then, 1 for my ISP before I switched it over to debit card ($21.95) and 1 for $14.95 which would be considered frivolous as it was an online membership that I missed cancelling. Both have charges in April. Do you think this will mean that my filing will be pushed back or are the amounts reasonably small enough to not raise a major flag? Thanks!
