I would like to find out who the local bankruptcy trustees are for my area. I checked the bakruptcy website for my location (Massachusetts) and they do not list them for Chapter 7. Any idea how I could find this out?

I knew the name of my trustee, not that it mattered much. You'll not have any contact with him except thru your lawyer and your 341 meeting.
Remember he represents all your "creditors". Thats who he fights for. Your lawyer takes care of "your interest".
All trustees are looking for is assets to sell to pay the creditors.
Hopefully your trustee will be fair. Just don't try to hide anything from him, cause he'll sure find it.
