The post by whywhywhy got me thinking - is there a sticky for red flags? If not, do the moderators think that would be a useful sticky?

There's posts in the PACER Stickie for what some of the different PACER Flags mean. As new references are noted or listed on the Forum, we've been including them there.
Is that what you're looking for??Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

no, not really. (although that is useful)
I mean more of a post geared towards do's and don'ts and perhaps different members' experiences. (I realize that is what this entire site is about so I'll narrow it down). Something like the Tactical BK Manual except that is a manual and not real life.
For ex., it was suggested to whywhywhy to give his cash advance back in that keeping it, using it, and filing bk would raise huge red flags (despite the 70/90 day rule). Now what if whywhywhy had a huge medical procedure and really needed the money? Would the advice have been any different?
While I haven't read all the posts here, I haven't come across one where someone had to deal with an adversiary proceeding in a case like whywhywhy's. I don't disagree with the advice given to whywhywhy given what he posted but it would be useful to read about real situations and what the outcome was.
So I was just thinking a sticky of this nature would be helpful. Obviously, something that would take time to culminate.Filed Chapter 7 Pro-Se May 29, 2008
