Shannon, we need more information than this to help you.

Which bankruptcy chapter did you file?

    When did you file?

What is showing $157 principal - a loan of yours?

Is the $157 owed to a creditor that was included in your bankruptcy?

Where are you looking to see the $157?

Glad you found us, Shannon! We want to help, so if you can give us more information, that will make things a lot easier. Welcome to the BK Forum!

Shannon, are you talking about 13Network.com where Ch 13 filers can see their case on their trustee's website?

If you are, then the only claims that show anything owed in the Principal Owed column will be secured assets with loans - cars - or taxes owed and being paid through your Ch 13 plan. Look back over to the far left column on the line that shows $157 and tell us if the creditor is the IRS or your car lender. If it isn't, is the creditor or collector secured or unsecured?

Then it could be a simple data entry error. Ask your lawyer to ask your trustee about it.
