Removed from Chexsystems - YEPEE!!!
Some of you may have read my thread from this weekend concerning Chexsystems. I had gotten some great advice from some of you. Well about 2 weeks ago I had faxed them a copy of my Chapter 7 Petition and really forgot about it. Well my BK discharged last week and Chexsystems as well as their sister business SCAN have both removed all information from my credit report and I NOW HAVE A NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION!!!!!! 
Things really are look up and going great!!! I'm excited because they have some of the lowest rates around and DO NOT CHECK Chexsystems or SCAN!!! Thank you all for all the wonderful information and support I receive from this site. I will ALWAYS POST to help others and will continue to visit and share more good news hopefully.
