Hi, I was wondering how Midland Mortgage is about BK and foreclosures???? Sep 1st I will have missed 4 payments. Last month I set up a forebearance (sp?) aggreement but was not able to keep the agreement. The first payment of that aggreement was due on the 14th of August. I haven't heard anything from them....is this the calm before the storm? TIA
