    341 set for 6/16! Can't wait!!

    Well, our BK7 petition showed up in PACER today. I checked and our 341 is set for 6/16 at noon.

    The last date for creditors to object is 8/15.

    So hopefully by the end of summer this will pretty much be over.

    I'll update with more info as I get it. This site has been a help to me and I'm more than willing to share how things go for us.

    what is a pacer?

    I tried to do a google search to avoid asking, but what is a pacer? We plan to sign the papers tomorrow at the lawyers. Should we bring this up?
    Filed 09/08/10, $26k unsecured. Plan submitted 09/16/10, $250/mo X 36 Months = $9,000.
    First Payment: 09/28/10 341 Hearing: 10/12/10, Confirmation: 10/28/10
    2nd debtor education course taken: 02/05/13. DISCHARGE: 10/10/2013.

        Thank you. And this pacer will show everything in the bk case? I am ignorant in this area, so forgive if I should silly, but will it show our full case, such as liabilities, assets, and motions of the case? How often would it be a good idea to check it?

          pacer info

          Pacer will give you information such as:
          Lawyers names/addresses
          Trustee info
          Your case history so far.
          Your case docket with the court and outcome of proceedings.
          Legal papers that have been filed

          Unfortunately some of the info you will not be allowed to read. (strictly info for judges and lawyers only)

          But it will tell you whats been files, when, whether its pending or closed, etc.

          The is a $.08 per page charge for each page you access, view, and print.

          The only one that really tells you a lot is the:
          Docket info and the Status info
