Non-filing spouse? Now X-wife wants money?

My wife and I split up in Aug 03, I filed bankruptcy and discharged of all MY debts in July 04. She was "never" on ANY of my accounts. She had me added as a "user" on her accounts. Its been 2 years sence we filed for divorce. I never paid on any of her bills during that period. I finaly have enough and filed for a hearing to end the mariage. She runs out gets a lawyer and wants to pay her half her credit card bills. Her lawyer thinks my bankruptcy means nothing..? I did not add her as a debtor. NOTE: She filed paperwork as non-filing spouse stating, NO Joint debts. So I did not add her a debt to be discharged. We both have lawyers and I think her lawyer is just dragging this out to make my & her lawyer fees high etc. She wild with her cards and bank account in the last 6-7 months. They are even asking for bills after we filed for divorce and the order states, from this day forward all debt are sole etc..
I agreed to pay half, ha ha BUT! I want a list of itmes bought on the cards to split up. I pay half, want half of the stuff etc. NO matter what I agree to split they fight it 100%. They want me to pay half and thats it.
Do you think I should just put it in front of judge and see what happens?
    1) I was discharged of all debts in July 04. She filed as non-spouse NO JOINT DEBT.
    2) None of her cards are joint, I was just a user I NEVER USED her cards.
Please help to stop her lawyer and end this. Any law info?
