? About Auto's and Schedule J

I am doing a practice run on my schedule J and want to make sure I am doing this right- We have an auto lease that we want to keep, so do I put this on the "installment plan" line and then put gas and oil changes on the "auto expense" line?

Also, when I add up our food expenses, where do small amounts ($10 or less) to places like Subway go? Can I add those to the food expenses?
