My wife and I filed for Chapter 7 BK. Will we receive a B18 for each of us, or will we be on the same form? We filed in Southern California if it makes a difference.

Form B14 BALLOT FOR ACCEPTING OR REJECTING A PLAN is used in Ch 11 business reorganization bankruptcies. Did you mean B18 here rather than B14?Originally posted by CSAW6589 View Post
