Form B18 - One each or couple on the same form?

My wife and I filed for Chapter 7 BK. Will we receive a B18 for each of us, or will we be on the same form? We filed in Southern California if it makes a difference.

Form B14 BALLOT FOR ACCEPTING OR REJECTING A PLAN is used in Ch 11 business reorganization bankruptcies. Did you mean B18 here rather than B14?

Form B18 is DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR IN A CHAPTER 7 CASE. I'm not a Ch 7 filer, but we have many discharged and closed Ch 7ers here who filed together and will be jumping in here to tell you what their discharge papers look like.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
