    Oh My Goodness...can't believe this!

    O.K...
My Husband got on lending tree...turned down for cap one...we did have 2 hefty debts with them discharged so I guess not too surprising! Roadloans offers 11.09%, 20,000! We were excited! His credit score was 670...again way better that I thought...discharge 6/07, foreclosure on rental property. Mine really was crazy...690! I had 4 rentals foreclosed. How can they be that high! We were never late on anything in our lives before the BK...does that count for something? Anyway...we can at least go in armed with 11.09% If they can't do better then too bad for them!

If you were current on everything when you filed, yes its common for your credit score to remain that high - mine did too....

Two years from now you can refi at a lower interest rate on the auto if you choose to do so.... will get a better rate.....

See, bankruptcy is a "new beginning".......

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

Also have the "foreclosures" shown up on your credit report yet???? That may make a difference if they haven't.....

        Ahhh...
I knew there would be a catch! The report is showing that it was included in BK....not foreclosure! Better get these cars traded/etc while we can!!! LOL!
