Filed a conversion on aug 27 341 is oct 17. I looked up my trustee just to see what to expect 
not to sure but it looks as this is her 3rd month as a trustee and none of her cases have been closed as of yet. She has 22 cases since june and so far 1 was dismissed and the rest just finished up their 341 meeting. It also looks like all her cases were no asset cases only. we are no asset case but 7 weeks for a 341 seems a long time away 
just ready to get it over with. hopefully a 7 341 is abt the same as a 13 341. She did ask for 6 months worth of pay statements which is really mute because the last 3 months is what we are really making now he had 3 months of regular duty pay then retired and which cut our monthly by 1200 but attorney said not to worry because we can show the loss of that 1200 easily. So I guess for the next 4 months we just wait it out.
