I am meeting with my lawyer this upcoming week. I am planning on filing Chapter 7.
I had applied for a job about 3 weeks ago. I have just started the job I am in now, but things aren't great there - there does not seem to be enough work there and I am getting caught in the middle of some battles, and I don't feel particularly comfortable. But would changing jobs be a big problem? I don't xpect it to bring in much, if any more than I make now. And what if it pays perhap a couple of thousand a year less?
I have an interview this weekend (to avoid tipping off my other company and the person I may be replacing). I would like to have some idea what I may be getting into.
