Rehashed collections after discharge

I recieved a myfico alert today and my score dropped 54 points!!
After pulling an EQF cb it showed 11 collections added which were included in chapter 7 which was discharged 1/2006. Accounts show as included in bk and a zero balance with no original creditor or balance. I already had these same accounts deleted back in 11/2006 once and now they are back!! I have disputed again with EQF (after 3 hours on the phone) but should be in violation of FCRA and Federal bk law. Can I sue these thugs?
They were assigned back in 2003 to collection but now are reporting 20 months after discharge!! ??

Dispute it again, probably the original creditors sold the debt to a bottom feeder. Send the credit reporting agencies a dispute, including your bk filing and that you have had to dispute this once before. Should clear up the matter.

You might have a good case to sue. Take your proof to your BK attorney and see what they say! There is no excuse for that to happen after almost a year.
