Love the info here and have a question

I'm not sure if I should file 7 or 13, but I'm needing to take that test and find out. I am seeing attorneys this week. The question I have is next year, I'm moving out East and to a place where the cost of living is very high. Will they adjust my payment if I have to go 13? If I go 7, will I have a problem finding a good job with this on my record?

I don't think they'll adjust your Chapter 13 even if you move. The best you could do there is to try and cram down the payment but that depends largely on how much it is crammed down to begin with.

In either case it would be hard to get jobs that require you to be bonded. Other jobs should be no trouble.
