Hi. I just joined this forum. I am trying to decide if bankruptcy is the right option for me, and have a couple of questions, if anyone would be so kind as to anwer for me... :)

First, is my health insurance/car insurance affected by claiming bankruptcy?
Second, is my current lease affected?

If anyone could help, I'd be much abliged!

No your health and auto insurance will not be affected by the bankruptcy. What lease are you referring to.....lease to a car or to an apartment?
