    I just posted this but i dont see it so here goes again ...

    I checked pacer today and I REALLY HOPE ITS OFFICIAL THIS TIME....

    Notice of Withdrawl of the United States Trustee's
    Motion to Dismiss For Abuse Pursuant To .... blah blah

    Additionally, the debtor has amended his Schedule J to include legitamate transportation and living expenses not origionally listed. For these reasons, the United States Trustee hereby Withdraws its Motion.
