    Question about Means Test

How accurate is the means test on legalconsumer.com? Is it going to calculate the same way a lawyer's software does to determine Ch7 or Ch13 eligibility? Thanks in advance for your response.

The mandatory IRS figures for your district will be the same in both, but an experienced bk lawyer from your area understands what your district judge and trustees will accept for expenses and other income interpretations and will ensure the figures your forms match those as much as possible. The legalconsumer self-completed forms can't and don't.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
