Still looking for a decent lawyer. It is like searching for a needle in a haystack! So frustrating.

Boscoe, any of the following would be okay.
Seminole, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa
Got some pm responses from the forum, but so far, outside these areas.
One guy had the ole 10 page retainer which I did not like, one had no experience in small business. Even though I am doing chap7 personal, I still want to cover my bases with the small business.
Thank you for any help, so very much appreciated.

I totally agree! I am in the same boat, having decided to interview more attorneys after I thought I had found one, but both his price and other issues are now a problem.
I very much wanted to get a personal recommendation of someone who said "Yes! I used this guy and he was great!", but the only recommendations I find are for attorneys an hour away and I really hate driving.
Finally I just went to NACBA.com and started calling people from that site of consumer bankruptcy atttorneys. Now I've set up 2 appointments for next week, and I HOPE to file by the first of October if I can find the right guy at a good price.
But I absolutely hate this process of talking to attorneys. Some of them try to scare you into going with them, I think (like, "Oh, you may not qualify - that's an awful lot of debt!" and so forth, which makes me just feel nervous), and some of them just are all business, like a job interview... It sucks!<<I am NOT an attorney, my comments are anecdotal only. Contact an attorney for advice>>
FINALLY DISCHARGED 92 DAYS AFTER THE 341!
A NEW START!!!
