    question on automatic stay

prior to filing bk chpt 7.. i was current on my mortgage.. filed bk on 6-20-2007.
typical timeline for Nevada Foreclosure is 120 days..
since i was current on my payments prior to filing does this mean the foreclosure process starts after discharge because of automatic stay or has foreclosure process already started?
filed chapter 7 6-20-07 :blink:341 7-23-07, presumption of abuse :cry:7-24-07, motion to dismiss :aggress:8-24-07, notice of with drawl motion to dismiss 9-13-07:yahoo:Discharged 11-23-07:yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

The foreclosure process will probably start when you are 90 days past due. It doesn't matter if your BK is discharged or not because the lender will simply file a motion to lift the stay, and more than likely, will have that granted.
    Bankruptcy History:
    Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
    Discharged - 02/16/2006
    Case Closed - 11/08/2007
