Is there anyway to recover bankruptcy discharge papers, including charged off creditors, anywhere on the internet??

You can get a PACER account

Public Access to Court Electronic Records | PACER: Federal Court Records

PACER provides information about accessing and filing federal court records electronically. Find resources for using PACER.

However, a discharge order is usually on a one page document, it doesn't list what creditors have or have not been discharged. If the creditor was listed on the debtors petition and the debt was dischareable (11 U.S.C. 523), then its discharged.
