Question about money

Hi,

My 341 meeting is tomorrow and i'm so nervous.

I recently got married on September 15, and we receieved about 2400 in cash and checks from our guests. My new husband and I do not have joint accounts so should we put the money into his account?

I think I'd keep it in the sock drawer for a few weeks after the 341 and then, put it in his account.

couldn't agree more. It was NOT an asset on your filing day, so hold on to it until after the 341 and you should be good to go.

Boscoe, I agree...that's the main thing, it was NOT an asset on date of filing. Good point.
