I checked PACER today and saw that this was recorded yesterday: "Request for special notice Filed by Creditor Ascension Capital Group Inc"

Because I've been doing lots of reading, I know that this is somehow related to HSBC. (my auto finance company)

Is this a request to grant relief from the automatic stay? what happens next??
