I had my first, person to person meeting with
the attorney today.
They sure can make it seem simple when you
talk to them. I do feel better just sharing
my story with someone who may be able to
help me.
I found out that my SBA loan is probably
negotiable down to fair market value.
That was a very pleasent surprise, and I thought
some of you may find that useful.
Looks like I will be filing A Ch13 very soon.
He told me to quit paying all the bills we will
be dealing with(cars,sba,credit cards).
That is going to be difficult for
me to do but from what I have read it is the smart
thing to do.
