Sued by discover card
The attorneys for discover sent me a notice stating they have received a judgement from my local court in Ny.Now they are starting the process of trying to enforce it.will filing bankruptcy stop these proceedings?Or because it happen before i filed can they garnish wages, freeze bank accounts,lien on home etc? Thanks
