Hi all,
I'm from Idaho and filing a no asset Ch 7 pro se. I'm finishing up my worksheets and have a few questions before I type up my forms... hoping someone can help me out!
1) Schedule B... When valuating my car, can I give a reasonable estimate of what it's worth? My car is in fair condition and is not worth the blue book suggested retail value... can I list the private party value (which is much less)?
2) Schedule C... Does a computer fit under "household furnishings and appliances" if it is not specifically listed? Can CDs/DVDs go under "books"? A sewing machine under "appliances"? Or should I use the wildcard exemption for these items?
3) Schedule F... when listing the "dates incurred" on my credit cards, should I list the date opened until last use, last payment, or the present date?
4) Schedule F... A collection agency has been assigned to one of my accounts and I want to include them on my schedules. How do I list them without making them look like a seperate account?
5) Schedule J... I'm currently unemployed and living with my parents. Should I estimate what it is costing my parents to help me with expenses--food, rent, etc. Or should I just say $0? Will it look strange if I have few expenses?
Thanks,
Iris
