bad check after bankruptcy?

I was recently discharged at the end of August. We never reaffirmed out truck which is a lease, but just kept making the payments. We are a couple payments behind, so I have been making 2 payments a month until we are caught up. We have decided to let the truck go (I called usbank and they said we can still let it go since it was not reaffirmed) but I have two electronic checks set up for the end of this month through them. If I cancel the checks, can they come after me for bad check prosecution? I technically never wrote a check, just authorized them over the phone..........

Since you still have time before the amounts are deducted, just call the bank and reverse your previous phone authoriztions. Just make sure to record that phone call....

if only it was that easy.......

I did call, they said they can't reverse them......so i had to do a stop payment on them.......hope they don't do an ach..........
