    Exemption question

I have a question about whether or not I can list my home computer as an exemption. I live in Oregon and under exemptions it says "household items, furniture, utensils, TVs and radios to $3,000". I don't own a TV or radio but I use my computer for both of these. Are computers generally considered non-exemptions or can I list it as one??

Also, is wine considered a food item for exemption? I have a small inexpensive wine cooler full of wine and am wondering how to list this and the wine inside....would the cooler fall under household items??

    Thanks!

Is the wine actually worth anything? You probably don't need to list it. Whether the computer counts as an exemption will depend on Oregon law, so you need to ask a BK attorney in Oregon, but if I had to guess, it probably will fall under the exemption.
