IRS Taxes and Proper Creditor Address

I have some IRS taxes that I can write off on my bankruptcy (older than 3 years, filed over 2 years ago, no fraudulent activity). I know that I can claim them as unsecured debt on my creditors list but I am not sure what to list as the creditor address as the IRS has SO MANY different addresses.

I purchased a "record of account" from the IRS which lists what I have accrued in penalty and interest for the years in question. The IRS address the Record of Account originated from came from their Tennesse location (5333 Getwell Road). I am not sure if that is the creditor address I should use. How can I be sure? Is there any resource I can find to point me in the right direction?

The last thing I want is for these taxes not to be discharged because I didnt use the proper IRS notification address.

I'm also having the same issue with California State taxes. The State Tax Board is in Sacramento but the lien and public records were filed in Alameda County (the county I resided in when it happened).

I have been residing in Washington state for the past 8 years if that matters.

    Thanks!
    nicole
