if i have judgements against me and they put a lien on my home(cc debt) then i file bk would those judgements and liens be wiped out to

Not unless you filed a Motion to Avoid the Lien in your bankruptcy proceeding. Simply listing a judgment in your petitions is not enough, you have to file a Motion and have a hearing in Bankruptcy Court to extinguish judgments. Its better and easier to file BK before your creditors get judgments against you.

i need to wait about a year before i can file if i file, i dont really care about the new law and wont mind paying back what i could, i just want to know if theres judgments against me and liens on my condo i have something to bargin with when i try and settle with the card companys, instead of filing for bk at all, i know they will run it up when i stop paying and i just need a chip to bargin with if there not reasonable about the amount
