looking for mortgage

my bk will be final for 3 years in feb. i have relocated with my job and need to buy a home here now, i am going to keep my house i have now. it has a 86000 mortage payment 870. and i home equity loan at 12000, 220 payment, truck payment of 380 with 24 payments left and under 3000 in cc debt. I only want to borow maybe 25-30k to buy a lttle house. what is my best options, what company do i use? can i get a loan. thnaks
