    Hi everyone good morning I have a question where would one put a depsoit of a lease rental home ... in statement of affairs/? I was thinking there. but not sure

      You wanna list your Lease on Schedule C to Exempt those $$$'s. You'll have to figure out which Section Code to apply to your Lease Deposit. Some States have a Code specifically for deposits. Other States, you'd have to use your Household Goods Code or a WildCard to Exempt the $$$'s.

      You need to list your Lease again on Schedule G. Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases. You give the name and mailing address of your Landlord and list the date of the Lease.

      XYZ Properties
      Mailing Address

      1 year lease, dated on or about 07/07/2007
      Debtors as Tenants

      And, FYI,.......... No, your Landlord will not be mailed a Notice of your Bankruptcy filing.
      Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
      Discharged - 12/2006
      Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
      Closed - 04/2007
