how will the trustee look at a car title with two peoplle as owne not married, it says me Or her, the car is worth maybe 6k but the florida exemption is only 1000, but they have a new exemption of 4k for miscellaneous if you dont use the homestead, i am going to let foreclose so i wont need the homestead, also i am listed as a signer on her bank acct, will that be a problem? thanks
