this sucks for me

i have 2 business credit cards

i am going to file bankruptcy
1.can i file the business cards in chap 7 bk
2 its not showing up on my 3 credit report
3will they ask me for proof of business
4 i really dont have a business..OUCH!!!!!
5 will i go to prison

i really need help on what to do

1. Yes (you can file chapter 7 on BK cards

4. Ok...this is problematic. Strictly speaking, if you take out credit under false pretenses, the debt is non-dischargeable in BK. However, the creditor would have to show up in your BK, file a motion, and have a hearing. So, assuming you applied for business cards but you don't operate a business and simply use them in a personal basis (why you would do this in the first place???), and the creditors could prove it, the worse case scenario is that you would have to pay those particular debts back notwithstanding the BK.
5. No, you will not go to prison.

There really is no downside for you attempt to include those cards in the BK.
