    question please

i am going to file in feb 08.. this will give me 3 months from last charges and 6 months from last cash advance

    1) i am planning on making the min. payments until i file.. reason being if they want you 3 months past charges , it seems weird to charge and then not make a payment for 3 months. to put it another way, doesnt it raise eyebrows when you charge something and then for the 3 months never make a payment?

    2) i am going to get a much cheaper car, should i call the lender on the expensive car i plan on giving up and just surrender it soon?
will they sue me before the 3 months is up that i am waiting to file? if so, should i just stretch them out until they get fed up and take it?

Eyebrows get raised for different reasons. If the charges are for luxury items and are over $500 to a single creditor then you probably need to keep paying minimums for awhile. If the charges are under that amount and are for necessities, I'd stop paying now.
Don't surrender you car until you get another ride. It'll likely take longer than 3 months to sue you. Lawsuits are an expensive way to collect. They'll likely send you to collections before they sue.
