CAN I KEEP MY UPGRADED FIXTURES in HOME?

Some folks leave the house in as good a condition as they can, some people don't even remove their trash when the leave. That kinda depends on the kind of person you are.
BUT - if the fixtures are converted into cash, the trustee may want the cash to pay your creditors. If you take them, but don't sell them, before you file, you'll need to include them as assets and list their value (generally it seems to be yard sale value for most things - I mean, how much is a used faucet really worth?) and the trustee can seize assets if he/she can get money for them to pay your creditors.
If they're worth enough money to make it worth replacing them with the builders standard, are they worth enough to keep you from needing BK?
