Assuming you are asking about the 722 redemption program for cars, you can check out the best-known car redemption loan website 722Redemption at http://www.722redemption.com/debtor_redemption.aspx . There does not appear to be a minimum ownership time....however, remember the terms you will get if you go this route will be very high - usually in the low 20s for a percentage rate.
