How hard is it to get refinanced after chapter 7

I am just starting to file here just hired an attorney yesterday. I have to refiance my house my november of next year because I have a arm that will be up and my interest rate now is 7.25 % and will go up every six months but can not go over 13 %.. I am not ure but will hope to have a discharged date if all goes well .. BUt how hard and is there any companies that anyone can recommend I live in South Carolina. Try to before you file

Even if you are upside down it might be better to refi before you file. From what i have read most banks don't want to refi someone just out of bk and are looking for two years old. I have seen some creative post here about exceptions. You should do a search to find them.
